Andrew is developing a range of limited edition prints which can be ordered online or will be available framed for collection from the Golden Eagle Gallery, Criccieth. Mounting and framing will be unique to this range and not available for open edition prints. The range will grow, so please keep checking for new arrivals.
The number of images shown on each page of the website has been increased to 10, and a new scrolling of images function added. Click on a thumbnail to reveal the preview images, (now with title and text viewable), and choose from the option to play through the images on that page, (button outside the image), or manually progress forwards or backwards using the control within the image. Hopefully, this will add to your viewing pleasure.
Andrew has successfully had his visual art panel accepted and is now enrolled as an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society. Andrew's panel consisted of 15 images of Snowdonia in Winter. More information on the RPS can be seen at www.rps.org

Andrew has opened a gallery in Criccieth. Oriel Eryr Aur / Golden Eagle Gallery, (the shop has been known as the Golden Eagle for at least four generations), at 42 High Street, Criccieth, displays a wide range of Andrew's work in print and on canvas. It is hoped to keep the shop open at least five days / week, although Andrew will keep his photographic stock fresh. Due to the number of requests for photography courses, Andrew will start to run these from mid March (2009). The courses will be tailored to suit those participating, ranging from beginners looking to handle the camera better, through to more experienced photographers who simply want a guide to locations, the use of filters to improve the initial capture, and digital processing / workflow. Andrews photography has been linked with the use of Cokins filters since his first published photographs appeared in Amateur Photographer magazine. Examples of Andrews work can be found in Cokins brochures, publicity information and on their website. As a natural progression the Golden Eagle Gallery now stocks a range of filters for purchase. The initial range is targeted at the filter types which Andrew uses whenever on a shoot, and considered essential - Polariser, range of graduated ND and a warm up. In this excellent series from Peaktime Productions, Andrew talks about his love for photography in Snowdonia, and why water features so prominantly in his images. Also discussed are the reasons for his recent decision to go 'pro'. Filmed above the Mawddach Estuary for Episode 4 of the current series, this has already been shown on ITV Midlands, and is provisionally scheduled for screening in Wales in June.
